  1. Wow- you see budgets like that, and you want to strangle those execs for not getting an indie filmmaker with budgeting skillz to helm those kinds of projects.
    But on the other hand, it gives hope to a spec screenwriter to be able to get some serious cash!
    I guess the ideal would be the screenwriter with the $500,000 paycheck who can direct and bring it in under-budget…
